Lightning on an open range made the decision easy for...I'm not dying for practice. I also called it quits during a sudden ice storm because the roads were seriously dangerous. My ego isn't worth getting hurt or killed. Anyone who says weather never stops them is either lying or being irresponsible..

There’s no point risking your safety. I had to pack it in once during a sudden snowstorm, the range conditions became downright dangerous and it wasn’t worth it.

I once packed up when the wind kept knocking over targets. Another time it was freezing rain. No practice is worth messing up gear or driving home in danger.

Wind and ice stopped me once. I couldn't feel the controls and the ground was slippery. It felt smarter to walk away instead of trying to act tough for no reason.
