What's your go-to rifle scope when you're dialing in for long-range shots? I've been messing with a Vortex and it's great, but I want to know what gear really makes those 600+ yard shots easier

If you can afford it, grab a Nightforce ATACR. Otherwise, your Vortex is great, just learn your dope, embrace the wind gods, and keep sending it

Nice question, Danny. For 600 plus yards I trust Nightforce ATACR for rock solid tracking and repeatable clicks, Vortex Razor HD Gen II for pro features without breaking the bank, or Leupold Mark 5HD when I want clarity and lighter weight. Match the reticle to your shooting style and cartridge and you will be set.

Seriously, for shots way out there, like 600+ yards, a Nightforce ATACR is hard to beat. The glass is crazy clear and the turrets are spot on. If you're looking to upgrade from Vortex but don't wanna break the bank, give a Leupold Mark 5HD or a Bushnell Match Pro ED a look
