Cleaning kit recommendations?

Mine's a mess. I got random brushes and patches from different kits all mixed together. Half of it doesn't even fit the guns I own anymore, so I need to start fresh. What cleaning kit do you guys actually use and like?

I ditched the Franken-kit and went caliber-specific

I’ve used a whole bunch of different brands and have finally settled on Real Avid caliber specific sets. As for cleaning solvents, I use Hoppes synthetic.

Tipton complete sets of jags and brushes all calibers, Kleen Bore & Hoppes bore cleaner & copper solvents, RemOil & Lucas lubes and a Sentry Tuff-Clothe to wipe down.
