Electronic ear pro changed everything

I can hear normal sounds but shooting is muffled. Plus you can hear range commands clearly. I should've bought these years ago, does anyone still use regular ear pro?

I switched to electronic earmuffs a few years back and I'm never going back to the old ones. Being able to hear what's moving around me is a huge deal. But when I'm indoors, I still use foam plugs underneath the muffs for extra protection.

Still stick to foam plugs indoors. Electronic ones are great outside but I don’t trust the batteries to last a full day at an indoor range.

 I switched to electronic ear protection last year and haven’t looked back. When you’re at the bench chatting, hearing the steel ring and then the shots through the muff, all mufflers that don’t do that now just feel like trying to enjoy a concert with earplugs in.
