Everyone said Taurus was junk with horrible quality contro and warranty nightmares. My PT92 has 5,000 rounds through it without a single malfunction. Sometimes you get a good one, sometimes the internet exaggerates problems. I'm not saying buy blindly, but don't let internet opinion override personal experience if something works for you..
